At Matriae, we want you to love your home. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
